We come together to drink Herbal Tea and sit in a circle to honour and embrace ourselves and what we are feeling.
A time to rest and receive with gentle guided restorative breathwork and healing, meditation, sound and frequency healing and reiki energy healing.
You will leave feeling seen, heard, held and nourished, with all the tools to carry with you and support you in your everyday life.
