This is the essence I wish to share. "Light Up and Glow" is a tapestry woven from my personal experiences, a sanctuary crafted to impart the insights that have helped me cultivate calm, stillness, and connectedness. Listening to and trusting my heart, allowing me to navigate life with fulfilment and grace, guided by my inner compass. Living in Loving Awareness, with Conscious Choice and Aligned Action to live a life I Live, that I lead and that lights me up.
While I cannot offer you a magic elixir, I promise to share, with love, the wisdom gained from my journey and the teachings of those who have illuminated my path. Together, we will dive deep, fostering a profound understanding of your true self, empowering you to reclaim your heart-led essence. The practices I share are tried and tested, revealing their power through understanding and personal resonance.

Light Up and Glow fuses modalities from Buddhism to Toltect, Reiki to Quantum Healing, Neuro Science to Paganism, Breathwork, Movement, Kundalini Yoga, Somatic Movement, Energy Healing, Enquiry, Divine Feminine, Activations, Meditations, and of course real life experience.
The online container includes live opening ceremony, a private bespoke women's circle and closing ceremony as well as 6 recorded 1.5 hr modules, a comprehensive workbook and access to short practical videos encompassing various techniques covered in the course.
Each module covers teachings, practical's and a guided healing meditation with an accompanying playbook with deeper information and self enquiry questions.
You are invited to join in your own Daily Devotion and the choice is with you as to how deep you wish to dive. Each video has practical's and healings that alone are nourishing, releasing, empowering however the alchemy truly happens when you choose you and enact conscious heart led change.
