Usui(Traditional) Reiki 1st Degree Shoden - Healing Self Self Love, - Self Care, Self Healing

This day is an introduction to Reiki; the traditional reiki or Usui reiki, originating in Japan. Level 1 is also known as Shoden and is crafted to introduce you to the principles of reiki, of living a loving connected life as well as how to use reiki on yourself.

(Please note you need reiki 1 in order to do reiki 2 and it is reiki 2 where you are able to then work on the public.)

This is a day for you and you will be introduced to the history of Reiki, understanding its evolution from the original teachings of Mikao Usui, who is lovingly referenced as the Father of Reiki.

We will explore the 5 reiki precepts, the guiding principles, be introduced to reiki energy and you will receive your first degree attunements or “empowerments” which is how that they were traditionally introduced.
